Some titrants, such as sodium hydroxide, can cause issues such as glass etching, air bubbles, clogging through precipitation, and leakage resulting in poor accuracy. We will change the parts affected to eliminate the problems and discuss best practices for burette maintenance. 

Method Optimization and Backup

A maintenance visit from Hanna gives you and your team the opportunity to discuss method applications and improvements. We also create a backup of your custom titration methods so you never have to worry about losing them. 

Refresher Training

Laboratories experience personnel turnover from time to time. During our annual maintenance visit, we provide an in-depth training on how to properly operate titration equipment. This is very beneficial for new employees or those staff members looking for a refresher training.

Documentation

Quality systems require good documentation to show adherence to compliance standards. After the titration maintenance visit is completed, you will receive a certificate confirming system performance. 

Hanna Loaner Program

If your titrator requires repair, we will provide you with one to borrow while we service your unit. Best of all, the titrator that we provide in the meantime will arrive pre-loaded with all of your methods. Once received, you can expect to be up and running right away. This means minimal interruptions and downtime.
