Hanna Aqua Direct to Retail Program Application

This is an agreement between Hanna Instruments, Inc. of Smithfield, Rhode Island, hereby referred to as Hanna, and retail store submitting this form hereby referred to as the Retailer. 

Hanna agrees to authorize the Retailer to purchase and sell Hanna’s products on a non-exclusive basis subject to the following terms and conditions.
